Model designs

The construction is carried out in 3D CAD Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire. The Pro/ENGINEER system ranks among the top-notch 3D CAD systems used by a variety of companies for creating molds and tools. Pro/ENGINEER is a highly efficient, fully parametric, universally associative volume model maker enabling effective 3D constructions of volume, or planar parts or sets, plate parts and the creation of drawing documentation including drafting tools.

Pro/ENGINEER provides tools for a fast creation of molds. Thanks to specialized functions and easy-to-control interface we are able to quickly create, modify, and detail elaborated molds of any type. All changes of a product (plastic presswork, plate clippings) are automatically reflected in all relevant parts as well as the drawing documentation derived from those parts.

Customer’s Outputs

Drawings and models can be submitted to the customers in various CAD formats such as STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF, PLT, and others. In terms of construction we also have experience with other CADs, such as CATIA, Siemens NX, or AutoCAD. The construction data can be delivered in the following formats: STEP, IGES, DXF, PDF, X_T, ProEngineer.
